RESERVING A PLACE
To reserve a place at one or more seminars please photocopy and complete the Booking
Form from this leaflet and return it with a cheque made payable to The Property
Professional’s Consultancy. Remember to retain a copy for your own reference.
A
receipted invoice and joining instructions will be provided. Full names and qualifications
are required for Certificates of Attendance and Delegate Lists.
Bookings may also be made by
'phone, fax or Email.
FEES
*ANY combination of 3 OR MORE BOOKINGS for ANY combination of seminars will be charged at
REDUCED FEES - e.g. 1 delegate booked on 3 seminars or 3 delegates booked on 1 seminar results
in all 3 delegate places being charged at the lower fee i.e. £210 (a saving of
£45)
FEES:
For one or two delegate places - £85 including VAT (£72.34 + VAT) per delegate
place
For three or more delegate places - £70 including VAT (£59.57 + VAT) per delegate place
For an all-day delegate booking - £170 including VAT (£144.68) - INCLUDING
LUNCH
DURATION
- Morning Sessions
- Written Submissions - 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
- The Interview - 10.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
- Afternoon Sessions
- Valuation, Property Marketing and Landlord &
Tenant - 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
- Mock Interviews - 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:
- Seminar Fees include attendance, personalised Certificates of Attendance, tea or coffee
and speakers’ notes in the form of handouts
- The Property Professional’s Consultancy accepts no responsibility for the opinions
expressed by speakers, nor for information contained in speakers’ notes
- Cancellations must be received in writing 7 days before the Seminar and will be subject
to a £15 administration charge. Substitute delegates will be accepted subject to 24 hours notice
- Delegates may switch their attendance on their nominated seminar topic to an alternative
venue subject to 24 hours notice
- Handouts and documents from a seminar, except Certificates of Attendance, will be
forwarded to delegates who are unable to attend
- The Property Professional’s Consultancy reserves the right to change venue, topic
and/or speaker at any time subject to 24 hours notice to delegates
- The Property Professional’s Consultancy reserves the right to cancel seminars in which
case a full refund of fees will be made
